This is a unique opportunity for a candidate to participate in building and managing digital and offline presence, copywriting & storytelling and work with leading real estate brands from Romania and Europe.<\/p>\n

The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital communication, copywriting, social media platforms and trends, a desire for operational excellence with proven hands on experience in generating creative concepts and finding the best consumer insights for different target groups, as well as\u00a0producing content for websites and printed materials (brochures, press articles etc).<\/p>\n

The candidate will use their knowledge of creative writing, customer insights, naming skills and integrated media and communications planning to deliver upon key business and brand goals.<\/p>\n

KEY RESPONSABILITIES<\/h3>\n

create, set-up, develop, implement and optimise strategies for Real Estate brands
\nidentify consumer insights for the residential projects target groups
\ngenerate creative concepts for marketing campaigns
\ndelivering compelling presentations that sell the campaign proposals to the clients and their sales teams
\ncopy for ads
\ncontent for websites and\u00a0brochures
\nnaming proposals<\/p>\n

At least 1+ years of proven copywriting experience
\nAnalytical skills and data-driven thinking
\nProficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Adobe Photoshop, Figma
\nExceptional time management and organizational skills
\nCreative personality committed to quality, service, and efficiency
\nA self-starter and a fast learner
\nTeam player with excellent interpersonal skills with people at all levels of a business
\nCompliance and Sensitivity to confidential matters is required.
\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in English (writing, speaking, understanding). Second language is a plus.
\nExperience working in or with a consumer brand focused organization or advertising agency is preferable<\/p>\n
